“We developed an EMR which was based on communications not transactions. We decided to build essentially a CRM systems for doctors and we call this a Patient Management platform. There has always been technology in doctors’ offices such as practice and billing systems and these vendors have layered on an EMR. We took it to the next level and asked how can we build in integrated communication tools that save doctors time, help them make more money and practice better medicine.”
In this video Hello Health CEO Nathanial Findlay explains how the company has evolved since it launched at a Health 2.0 Conference in 2008. Findlay said his company changed direction after its members realized it was a Health IT company, not a health services company.
